Structural Bodywork

This manual therapy includes orthopedic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques to relieve postural distortions and to provide pain relief.  Conditions addressed include repetitive strain injuries, whiplash, low back pain, nerve impingements, plantar fasciitis, TMJ, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, headaches, tendinitis/tendinosis.

Prenatal

Expectant Moms experience unique physical and emotional changes that occur as a result of increased weight, shifting posture, and adjusting hormone levels. Let me help you to ease your aches and nurture you through your pregnancy. A Body Cushion System is available which allows most women a fully supported face down or side lying massage.

Sports Massage

A combination of massage techniques, hydrotherapy, range of motion/flexibility, and strength training protocols are used to help the the athlete prepare and recover from activity, to prevent and recover from injuries, and to maintain the body in optimal condition.

Barefoot Deep Tissue

This slow compression massage focuses on releasing trigger points, relieving postural distortions, and alleviating pain. A combination of Eastern barefoot techniques with the specificity of a sports massage.

Reflexology

Relaxing treatment for your feet that works to eliminate energy blockages, thus affecting all body systems and enhancing your wellbeing. Add a 15 minutes to your massage or 60 minute standalone treatment for more focused work.

Relaxation Massage

Each massage is designed to help you release unnecessary burdens and recover from the stresses of daily life.  Enjoy complementary essential oils and hot towels.

Hawaiian Lomilomi

This nurturing massage uses rhythmic flowing strokes, stretches, and breath work to unwind the joints and integrate the body, leaving you feeling an openness within your body and mind.

Chair Massage

Seated in a specially designed chair with easy access to neck, shoulders, and upper back. Available for special events such as bridal parties, retreats, fairs, corporate events, trade shows. Multiple therapists available.
